Inflatable twin bed option available for children under 13. Inflatable beds are not to be used by guests older than 13.

Unlike other luxury villas who charge additional fees per person per night, Gaia's Pearl offers our guests a flat fee for their entire stay, $150 per inflatable bed (intended only for children 13 and under) maximum of four inflatable beds ($600/min stay). This flat fee will help us pay for inflatable bed set-up, breakdown and additional water, gas and electricity usage.
 
There is no inflatable bed availability for 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom rentals.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 
There are no refunds of deposits 

If daily maid service has been paid for at time of contract, and you wish to adjust the number of days, or cancel, your request must be verified prior to final payment. No refunds will be issued once final payment for the entire rental has been paid (thirty days prior to check in.)

In the event of a hurricane, dates may be changed with all payments already made applied to the new reservation, at the rate for the new dates.

In the event of a Covid incident that prohibits travel into the USVI, dates may be changed with all payments already made applied to the new reservation, at the rate for the new dates. 
NO REFUNDS are issued for late arrivals or early departure for any reason.

Due to unforeseen events that could disrupt your travel, we strongly recommend affordable travel insurance to cover risks including, but not limited to, medical treatment, accidents, evacuations and trip cancellation/interruption.
